Ideally located in a peaceful setting, 10 minutes from the A7 and A54 (Salon-de-Provence) exits, 30 minutes from the Aix-en-Provence TGV train station and Marseille Provence airport, our accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the center of Pélissanne, a typical Provencal village with its Sunday market and lively year-round sports and cultural events.

- Ground floor (sleeps 2): bathroom (shower, toilet and towel dryer), fully-equipped kitchen (dining table, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washer-dryer) opening onto the living room (sofa bed with 12 cm mattress, 43" LED TV, WIFI access and reversible air-conditioning) and two terraces (sunny/shady - garden table and chiliennes).

- Access to enclosed garden (2100 m²) with secure swimming pool (9.5 m x 4 m), shared with owners
- Enclosed indoor parking with automatic gate
