Only 4km from Salon de Provence, between Alpilles and Luberon, Gîte du Pont Ferrat is an independent house with private enclosed garden, completely renovated in 2022. It is located in a residential area, at the end of a path with 3 other houses. (including that of the owners). Outside, it has two private parking spaces, a 50m² terrace with garden and relaxation furniture, a barbecue and a 200m² garden with trees. Inside, on one level, the gîte is composed of:
- a living room/kitchen with bay windows opening onto the terrace: living room with sofa bed and armchair, coffee table, TV with Box Orange. Open kitchen with dining area (wooden table and 6 chairs), fridge/freezer, microwave, pyrolytic oven, 3 induction rings, extractor hood, dishwasher, Philips capsule coffee maker.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower with glass wall, washbasin with shelves under the washbasin and washing machine.
- two bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- a separate toilet with washbasin. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. Electricity and heating included. Sheets and towels on request: kit per bed for hire. End of stay cleaning optional. Access to the hill at the end of the path for hiking or mountain biking. Village of Pélissanne at 1.5km, La Barben at 4km (Zoo, Rocher Mistral).
